This is a surprising, refreshing change from the norm (people putting their best foot forward at first and then disappearing when business is done). Twilight Homes is as invested in our being truly happy in this wonderful home as we are. This has given us great peace of mind. They insist that we let them know if we encounter any problems, and they check in to see how we’re faring. And they went above and beyond anything that was expected of them professionally when they gave us advice and information that helped us settle in our new location. That “lifeline” was so appreciated, especially since we don’t know anyone locally.

Although they are a successful company with many new homes in the area, they remain warm, welcoming and accommodating. They stand fully behind their excellent product (we love our beautiful new house!), and they give the customer the most amazing personalized attention I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing, a level of attention I had thought was extinct in today’s busy, stressful, often impersonal age.
