My husband and I have purchased a few homes over the years, so we are aware of the typical experience; purchasing with Twilight was unlike any experience we have ever had. Lori, Brad and Tim not only worked hard to make the process as smooth as possible (and, because we were moving from across the country, there were a great many details to work through), but what is more remarkable is that they continue to be genuinely concerned with our satisfaction after the sale. This is a surprising, refreshing change from the norm (people putting their best foot forward at first and then disappearing when business is done). Twilight Homes is as invested in our being truly happy in this wonderful home as we are. This has given us great peace of mind. They insist that we let them know if we encounter any problems, and they check in to see how we’re faring. And they went above and beyond anything that was expected of them professionally when they gave us advice and information that helped us settle in our new location. That “lifeline” was so appreciated, especially since we don’t know anyone locally.
Although they are a successful company with many new homes in the area, they remain warm, welcoming and accommodating. They stand fully behind their excellent product (we love our beautiful new house!), and they give the customer the most amazing personalized attention I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing, a level of attention I had thought was extinct in today’s busy, stressful, often impersonal age.
